Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- Domestic shipping: estimated 3–7 business days.
- International shipping: estimated 7–21 business days depending on destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 5–10 days of delivery. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To start a return, email us at alberoapparel@gmail.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.
